Romping Comics does not accept any cancellations, exchanges or refunds. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, and periodicals such as comic books fall into this category. An exception for refunds may only be applied in the case of damaged items due to shipping, and/or incorrect items. However, this exception only applies to regular-priced items; sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note that our refund policy lasts 30 calendar days. Once the 30 day threshold has passed, we can no longer process your return request or offer a refund on your damaged and/or incorrect items.
Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Romping Comics gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received, inspected, and approved.
ELIGIBILITY
In order to be eligible for a return on your damaged and/or incorrect item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require the order number as proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the publisher or manufacturer (e.g. Marvel Comics).
Please note that printer defects are not considered 'damaged'. In the case of damaged items and/or incorrect items, be sure to email us at rompingcomics@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include images of the damaged or incorrect items in your email for faster resolution.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether or not the return was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
PREPARING YOUR RETURN
Please note that in preparing your return, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Please consider purchasing a tracking label or package insurance as we cannot provide guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund via store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
